Content Removal & Complaints Policy

AIMOUR (ADS BOOST LTD, HE 431912, Nicosia, Cyprus) is committed to maintaining a safe platform. This policy explains how users and third parties can report content that is illegal, non-consensual, or infringes on someone's rights, separate from the copyright (DMCA) procedure described in Section 8.5–8.6 of our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This policy covers reports of:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content involving minors;

  • Non-consensual content (e.g., a real, identifiable person depicted without their consent);

  • Content involving violence, hate speech, extremism, trafficking, or other illegal activity as prohibited under Section 8.3 of our Terms of Service;

  • Any other content believed to violate applicable law.

Copyright infringement claims should instead follow the DMCA procedure in Section 8.5 of our Terms of Service.

2. How to Report

In-app: Use the Report button available on every character page and every piece of generated content. This flags the item for review by our moderation team.

By email: If you do not have an account, or the content cannot be reported via the in-app button, contact [email protected]. Please include a direct link or sufficient detail to identify the content, and a description of the violation.

3. Review Process

Reports are reviewed manually by our moderation team against this policy and our Terms of Service. Content that is subject to an unresolved report may be hidden pending review. We aim to acknowledge receipt of a report within 24–48 hours and to reach a decision within 7 business days, depending on complexity.

4. Possible Outcomes

Depending on the outcome of the review, we may remove or restrict the reported content.

5. Non-Consensual Content

If you believe content depicts you or another identifiable real person without consent, please report it via the channels above. We will prioritize review of such reports given the potential for harm.
